In this video, Stephen and the Waterproof Team are in a Cast-in-place foundation with what looks to be a big problem at first glance. But upon further investigation, is much simpler, and much easier to repair.

Listen in as Stephen discusses why it's important to hire someone who will do the job you need done as opposed to doing something that expensive and unnecessary.

Hi, kids. If you've watched me before, you know I'm going to start telling you about what are we in today, kids. That's right. It's a cast-in-place foundation. But when I walked up to the front door, this sweet lady says to me—

Well, first, I said, Oh, yeah, you've only got a little problem, right?—

And I thought it was the last house, which was a no big deal window. Well, I'm going to deal with it from the outside.

No, I've got a problem in my corner. Come on. Here's mom. Come on down. Let's go take a look.

It's a beam pocket.

Now, obviously, it's leaking. That's not good. But why would it be leaking?

Because something's blowing it in outside. So we're going to find out what's aggravating the snot out of that. Get it away, but we can patch that from the outside. If I can't get to it, we can inject it.

But you just think sometimes it might be a big deal, and maybe it's not.

What you don't want to do is set the platform for someone to do something that might be off balance because that's what they were taught to do by their company. So this is Steve from Marketing Solutions. We appreciate you. Thanks.
