All right, so here’s three-twenty, they’ve got this post, put it here. This temp post that weight is supposed to be on the Cast-in-Place Foundation, a.k.a. poured concrete. We see the break in. It’s happened after this thing’s been smudged with epoxy. We can see here up at the top that’s just sitting on the floor like somebody came back and screwed it in or Hilty bolted it to the four inches or three inches of concrete. I’m not sure what that’s all about.
But at the end of the day, this needs to be Carboned on this corner. This needs to drain tile needs to be brought over this distance minimally and then injections done on both of these seven foot verticals.
Other than that, the GFI is the only other thing other than the concrete’s about half inch to an inch thick, because whenever you see something this deep, this piece of plastic is only so long in the concrete, usually sits at the top.
And then as we make our way over, we see that we’re on a GFI.
So we don’t want that at the house tested for radon. This is not the best situation for that because it’s an open pit.
